How can I place an order with Minikubo?

To place an order you need to create a customer account and complete the fields in the Account section, on the top left side of the homepage. Once you’ve created the account you will be able to shop and save time at checkout, as all your shipping and billing information will be pre filled. Your order history will also be available to you.

To buy any product all you have to do is to add your item to the shopping cart. You will be able to review your cart before purchase is complete.

How will I know if my order is being processed?

After purchasing any item with Minikubo, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order along with and expectant delivery dates.

What are Minikubo’s pricing regulations?

All prices are displayed in Euros including VAT. Shipping and Customs costs are not included in the price. Minikubo reserves the right to modify these prices at any time.

How safe is it to buy at Minikubo’s website?

Minikubo uses a SSL Certificate preventing unauthorised third parties from gaining access to your information.Once payment has been orderly received we will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Please note the preparations of deliveries takes place only during working days although you are able to purchase any item with Minikubo any day of the week.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the reception of the item.
Prior to your return you will need to notify Minikubo via email info@minikubo.com. After your return has been approved we will reimburse you within 7 working days.

Exchanges

For your item to be exchanged it has to reach Minikubo’s Headquarters in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item delivered to us suffers any damage, has been used, or is not in its original packaging.
You are advised to return the item using a shipping system with a tracking number, as we are not responsible if the item is damaged or lost. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and custom costs.

Shipping

All items are shipped from Portugal, using the National Portuguese Post – CTT. If you require other shipping methods with Tracking Number please contact us so we can arrange your special shipping. Please note that these prices are more expensive.
